[Tex/LaTex] Nature style files and figures

I downloaded a Nature style file from here but I don't see any images when I build my figures. Do you know if this is intentional or if I've done something wrong?

If you've drafted a LaTeX paper for any Nature journal, I'd love your advice!

Quoting lines 126--129 of nature.cls:

%% The new figure environment defers printing of all figure captions
%% until the end of the document and prints them in sans serif font.
%% The \includegraphics command is ignored since Nature wants figures

You want a blank line before each \vspace so that the space comes at that point, currently they are all set as a single paragraph \vspace within a paragraph has a defined (but usually unwanted) behaviour

Also unless you are having individual captions you don't need subfigure you could just use \includegraphics directly.

Please when making an example, try to make it minimal by removing unused packages and not relying on unavailable images, something like:

Like jon said in the comments, there is: http://www.latextemplates.com/

That will provide you with quite some templates that are different from the default, and also in a wide range of document types: from book to CV, thesis to calendar, essay to presentation.
