I've got some problems with my bibliography style

what I want is

[Marley et al 2009], et al

by more than one authors.

Any idea how get that?

The plainnat BibTeX style abbreviates authors when there are 3 or more authors. You have to change the BibTeX style. A style that does that is chicago, or you can create you own BibTeX style with custom-bib. For option use a terminal window (command line) and run latex makebst and then follow the prompt.

Copy the file apsr.bst to your working directory and rename it to, say, myapsr.bst. In the renamed copy, look for FUNCTION {format.lab.names.abbr} and here for the code line

Replace this line with

and compile your .tex file using \bibliographystyle{myapsr}.

Here is a proof of concept (no support for the optional argument, and something similar is needed for \citep and other cite commands), and also it assumes that the .bst style use "et al" for references for more that a single author.

The idea is to create something similar to \ifciteseen in biblatex. Thus we can create a list of references already cited in the document (and we exploit the list facilities of etoolbox). Then, if the reference has not been used before we use \citet*, and we add the key to the list of seen references. Otherwise, we use \citet.
