framedspacing
I am unable to use mdframed on my server so I am currently creating a framed box like this:

Can someone please tell me how to reduce the padding in this box so that it appears more like this?

Using \varwidth you can set an upper limit as the width of the line minus the space taken up by the box margins, but allow it to shrink if possible to the longest line of the display
