I apologize in advance if my question seems confusing or trivial.
How to successfully create an animated PDF Beamer for this Animation Mathematica file, available on the following link
European Option Prices and Greeks in 3D.
It seems it's impossible as we can't use the Mathematica player in .cdf format.

You want a non moving itemize right? Well try the dosomething@slide syntax:
\documentclass{beamer}
\begin{document}
\frame{
\begin{figure}\centering
\rule{10cm}{8cm}
\end{figure}
\begin{itemize}[<only@+>]
\item This is the first bullet item of the slide
\item This is the second bullet item of the slide
\item This is the third bullet item of the slide

Providing that i got you right this is exactly what you want.
Basically this @ Syntax says do action at slide, were + means next slide always. See also the beamer manual.
Two possibilities, depending on the intended overlay format:
\documentclass{beamer}
\begin{document}
\begin{frame}
\only<1>{first}\only<2>{second}
\onslide<3>{third} \onslide<4>{fourth}
\end{frame}
\end{document}
You can also use \pause:
\begin{frame}
first\pause second
\end{frame}
You could also take a look at the beamer manual for \alt and \temporal.
Here's an example of several overaly specifications:
\documentclass{beamer}
\begin{document}
\begin{frame}
\begin{itemize}
\item<1-> \only<1>{first}\only<2->{second}

CDF is a proprietary animation format from Wolfram (owned by Wolfram). Neither the PDF specification nor Adobe specific extensions to it make provision for embedded CDF playback. Thus, there is little chance to find a PDF viewer with an appropriate plugin.
