I am looking for an example of a system architecture diagram in TikZ. I would like to draw a picture similar to this one:
Therefore I search for existing shapes for: cloud (Current State), database and document collection (Confs) or a way to learn how to draw them.
This is an example taken directly from the pgf manual:

It is at the beginning of the Part VI: Mathematical and Object Oriented Engines. The whole section on mathematical engine is what you want to read if you want to do random drawing in tikz.
You could just annotate a rectangle node with extra code. Here I've used "pics" which require pgf 3.0.0. The naming/parameterization could undoubtedly be improved.

cloudand thecylinderare in the shape libraries. See Sections 48.3 and 48.4 of the TikZ 2.10 manual.The document collection shape you'll have to put together yourself, though. You can super-impose rectangles and then a
tapeshape on top of that.
