Put text or boxes of text above the back address in scrlttr2

I want to put 5 boxes of text above the back address line. For that matter I set firsthead to false. The text size can be the same size as the back address text size. The maximal length of each box will be 25 characters. In the picture I marked the text with red for better explanation. And if it is not too difficult how is it possible to put the page number at that weird location.

Edit: After some searching I found textpos and came up with the following solution. The boxes overlap each other and I get warnings because I use tabulars. But I have no other solution how to allign the damn numbers without using them. Also I have to find another place for the last box, since it does not fit.

You have made a reasonable start. scrlettr2 divides the page up in to various regions. At the top is a header region. Below that on the left is a region for the address the letter is to be sent to. At about the same level on the right-hand side is a region called location.

The option you choose fromalign=right moves the from address to the right, but keeps it in the header area. Instead the option fromalign=locationright, wiil move it down in to the location region.

Now by default the date appears in the reference line, a box placed below all these addresses. The date can be removed from that position, via the option refline=nodate. It can then be placed in the location region, by setting the koma variable location to the value of the koma variable date:

Should you wish to have more space before the date you can change the definition you give to location. For example,

\setkomavar{location}{\vspace{\baselineskip}\usekomavar{date}}

produces a blank line before the date:

The document class scrlttr2 doesn't use normal length adjusting there contents. Instead it uses pseudolengths. The most important length are described in scrguien or the German version scrguide. Both documentations have a great picture which are showing the pseudolengths. To explain my solution here the picture:

In your case you must change the height toaddrheight because the complete return address and adress are putted in one vertical box with the specific height. The distance is done be \vfil. So to reduce the distance between return address and adress you must reduce the pseudolength toaddrheight. Related to the documentation this is done by:

The difficult setting of such lengths are basing on the simple statement: Normally a user doesn't need to change any length.
