According to Maxwell's equations, accelerating charges emit electromagnetic radiation.
According to Quantum physics, heating causes electromagnetic radiation too.
These 2 radiations, are they different kinds of radiation?
If so, can we say there are 2 ways to produce EM radiation, one of them is by accelerated electric current, the other is heating? Is it right?

Those two ways are actually the same way--heating causes the (charged) atoms in a substance to vibrate, and that vibration is an acceleration that creates an electromagnetic wave.
