MATLAB: With a personal license can you install on 2 machines as long as you only use one at a time

licensetwo computers

I did a quick search on the Answers forum and kind of found an answer both here and here but these really don't answer my specific question.
My main computer is a new MacBook Pro which also has a Win10 VM which I can run under VMWare. I am doing some things with SDR and while I perfer to spend most of my time on the Mac side I understand that much of the things available to SDR tend to be Windows only. To this end I am currently evaluating a trial demo license on MatLab on the Mac side but was curious, when I purchase a Personal License, can I install that license on both my VM Windows10 machine as well as my Mac as long as I only use one at a time? ie. Is the license system on Matlab such that it will allow the license to be installed on both a Windows machine and a Mac machine as long as I do not try to use both simultaneous?
Thanks

Standard (commercial /professional) licenses can be installed on 4 systems.
Academic license can be installed on 2 systems.
Student and Home license can be installed on 1 system.
It is permitted to use the same license for multiple operating systems on the same host. However to avoid problems you would need to configure the MAC address of your virtual machine to be the same as for your MacOS. That can sometimes be a problem. You might end up needing to assistance from Support to get your virtual machine license working. Mathworks will consider the guest os to be the same host for licensing purposes (you license by host not os) but the technology might require assistance from them.
