MATLAB: Is there no PowerGUI in the Simulink Library Browser for SimPowerSystems 4.0 (R14SP1)

When I open the Simulink Library Browser, and expand the SimPowerSystems section, there is no PowerGUI block in the library.

This bug has been fixed in Release 14 Service Pack 2 (R14SP2). For previous releases, please read below for any possible workarounds:
We have verified that there is a bug in SimPowerSystems 4.0 (R14SP1) that prevents the PowerGUI from being visible in the Simulink Library Browser.
To work around this issue, open the library window by right-clicking on SimPowerSystems and choosing 'Open the SimPowerSystems library,' or by typing
powerlib
at the MATLAB command prompt.
