MATLAB: Cant I see the Simpowersystems library in the Simulink library browser after installing Simpowersystems 5.5 (R2011b)

After installing MATLAB with the following products:
MATLAB
Simulink
Fixed-Point Toolbox
SimPowerSystems
In my Simulink library browser, I do not see "Simpowersystems" library in the library menu.
The output of license checkout command also returns '1':
license checkout power_system_blocks
>> ans = 1

Starting MATLAB R2011b release onwards, we have transitioned Simpowersystems 5.5 (R2011b) as a product under another product called Simscape. Hence, you cannot find the Simpowersystems library in the Simulink library browser without Simscape installed.
Due to this change, Simpowersystems will be a node under the Simscape library and not a separate library with componenet blocks.

NOTE: For licenses that have purchased Simpowersystems license prior to this change, MathWorks has provided the Simscape product, free of charge for release R2011b.
