Where can I find examples of using the Surge Arrestor block?

There are a few examples which use the Surge Arrestor block. You can access them by typing the following command in MATLAB Command line:

>> power_surgnetwork
>> power_compensated
>> power_3phseriescomp

For the last two examples, you can find the Surge Arrestor block under both the Series Compensation blocks and within the Phase A, A1 and A2 blocks
