When trying to login to MATLAB Parallel Cloud why do I receive the error "We're sorry. An unexpected error occurred. (LC5)"?

Although you may be the end user on an On-demand type license, if the On-demand access feature is not enabled, you will receive this error when trying to login. Contact your administrator and they will be able to turn on this option.
