This bug has been fixed in Release 2011a (R2011a). For previous product releases, read below for any possible workarounds:
This happens when you choose a license to install that has products out of maintenance. This can also happen if the license selected includes transition products. You should be able to continue with the installation as long as you have downloaded all of the necessary files to your local disk, and they are in the correct location. If you need to install products that have not already been downloaded, quit the installer and download the appropriate product archives from the Mathworks website.
