Try downloading the latest one instead. Why are you eventrying to install anobsolete version? Install the current one. On Monday you can get fast and free help by telephone from the Mathworks.
If you are not a license administrator, contact your administrator for assistance. Your license administrator's contact information can be found on the "Contact Administrators" tab when viewing your license in the MathWorks License Center.
