MATLAB: What app for artificial neural network to predict property values

Hi all,

For a school project I'm looking at creating an artificial neural network (deep learning) to predict property values (real estate values).

I have data for about 40,000 properties (age, size, condition, location, etc..) and their current values. I know artificial neural networks have been used for property valuation.

What is the best application in MATLAB to use? Most of what I'm finding about neural networks in MATLAB deals with image recognition.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
