hi all, how can i view the answers to a given pde that i solved using the pde tool? i want to see the solution matrix but the pdetool only provides a plot of the solution. thanks for the help in advance.

Assuming you are trying to use PDE Toolbox, you can use the multicylinder function to create cylinder geometry and mesh as shown below.
R = 0.1;H = 0.5;gm = multicylinder(R,H);% Assign it to a generic PDE model and plot the geometry.
model = createpde;model.Geometry = gm;figurepdegplot(model,'FaceLabels','on')%Generate mesh and plot the mesh.
generateMesh(model)figurepdemesh(model);
You can set different D in the PDE app by selecting PDE > PDE Mode and then double-clicking each region to set its coefficients. I assume that you already set the problem type to Diffusion.
