MATLAB: Am I unable to find the Texas Instruments C2000 Embedded target blocks in MATLAB R2016b

coderembeddedEmbedded Coderfoundnotpackagesupport

Previously i was using MATLAB R2013a and when I opened the Simulink library, I could find all the required blocks under Embedded coder. However, now I am using R2016b and when I open Simulink library and navigate to Embedded Coder, I do not see any target related blocks.
I specifically need Texas Instrument C2000 on the Embedded coder. Why am I unable to find the Texas Instruments C2000 Embedded target blocks in MATLAB R2016b?

Starting MATLAB R2013b onwards, the TI blockset should be downloaded through the ‘supportPackageInstaller’ which requires the Embedded Coder License. Prior to R2013b the Simulink blocks associated with TI boards come with Embedded Coder.
The support package can be installed from MATLAB R2016b by navigating to Home Tab and clicking on 'Add-ons'. From the drop-down options, click on 'Get Hardware Support packages'. In the Add-on Explorer, you can install the required Support package for TI C2000. For more information, please refer to the following documentation:
Note that items from the target preferences block have been moved to configuration parameters. So, once the support package is installed, you can setup your model as described in the documentation:
