MATLAB: Toeplitz Matrix

Hallo all, I'm trying to create this matrix (Toeplitz Matrix):

1 0 0 0

2 1 0 0

3 2 1 0

0 3 2 1

0 0 3 2

0 0 0 3 how can I achieve that ?
