MATLAB: Switching elements in a vector

I have a numerical vector made of ones and zeros. I would like to switch the ones and the zeros. I tried by creating a new vector vector_6 = vector_5 and then vector_6(0==1) but it gave me back an empty vector. What am I doing wrong?

range25to49 = sum(Vector >= 25 & Vector <= 49);

You code is not working for several reasons. For example, in the line

if Vector (Vector >= 0 & Vector <= 24)

the Vector is a 10000x1 vector and you are comparing it with scalar. This does not make much sense in MATLAB. Also,

length(find(Vector>=75 & Vector<=99))

using length, and find together is redundant. You can simply sum the logical array.
