Hello,

How should I fill these gaps in order to obtein the following tranfer functions?

G(s)= 1/[(s+1)(s+2)(s+3)]

G(s)=1/ [s+1]^3

It is not working using the number shown in the picture.

Specify "[]" for "Zeros".

 s = tf('s');
 G = 1 / (s * (s + 2) * (s + 4));
 pole(G)

s = tf('s')
G = (s+2)/(s*(s-1)*(s+6)^2)

This gives a transfer function (tf) with the polynomials expanded

G =
             s + 2
  ----------------------------
  s^4 + 11 s^3 + 24 s^2 - 36 s

Or you can express it as a ZPK (zero-pole-gain)

G = zpk((s+2)/(s*(s-1)*(s+6)^2))

Then you get

G =
       (s+2)
  ---------------
  s (s+6)^2 (s-1)
