MATLAB: Simscape Multibody – Tension Force

I'm built a mechanism and I'm interested in capturing the Tension/Compresion forces of a link. What would be the best approach to capture that output with Simscape Multibody?

Refer the documentation link given below. It contains information about how you can add forces, torques, and motion inputs to drive your model and use sensors to measure its dynamic response. Also, there are various implementations which may give you some idea.
