MATLAB: Separating data into rows and colums

separating data rows columns

hi, i need to read the data line by line ( but only acquire information which need to be tabulated into 27×27 matrix dimension for the data from begin scan1 until end scan27). I have found out that the scan of axis plane for each scanning is different, thus I'm taking that information to be the column. but I have difficulties in separating the bold data into different column and rows.
