MATLAB: Scatter3D with gray scale color

Hello I have four matrixes of X, Y, Z and C, that the X, Y, and Z are coordinates and the C is the colour intensity (coordinates achieved through image processing and C is the colour intensity of grey image) I want to know, how can I scatterplot these coordinates with the C range colour in grey-scale? The data attached.

R2D = mat2gray(R2D);
[R2D8,map] = gray2ind(R2D,128); 
pic = ind2gray(R2D8,map);
pic = mat2gray(pic);
imshow(pic);

https://www.mathworks.com/help/images/ref/xyz2rgb.html (z is just to complete the triplet, in general z=1-x-y)

Note: Make sure that you pick the correct whitepoint. Generally there will not be much difference between D65, A and an ideal 6500K black body radiator, but sometimes it matters for your result.
