MATLAB: Do I receive “exec error 13” when using the Silent Installer

When performing a silent installation, I receive an "exec error 13."

Verify the permissions on the installation files are set to read and execute.  If they are set to read only, you will likely encounter this error. This is more likely to happen when the files are hosted on a network shared drive.
