i wanted to install R2018b (MATLAB 9.5) version. how is it possible. can some one guide me with some external links where i can download it

Do you have valid license? If so, you can go to https://mathworks.com/downloads to download a copy of Matlab. For R2018b you need to click the 'download an older release' button to get to this page.
