MATLAB: Problem with compiling MATLAB fcn

I use Windows 8.0, MATLAB 2013a. I have installed Visual Studio 2012 C++ and Windows Phone SDK 8.0. I couldn't set VS 2012 as my MEX compiler, but I successfully set SDK 8.0 as my compiler. Even though, I have problem compiling MATLAB fcn as a part of my Simulink project. Also I tried to set SDK 7.1 as my compiler, but it wasn't possible. I installed SDK 7.1 successfully but couldn't set it as my compiler. Can anyone give me advice regarding this problem?

There is a known bug with Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and Windows SDK7.1.By installing the SDK after updating Visual Studio 2010, the installation removes the core compilers from the system. MATLAB: Mex-setup error: sdk not found!

As the error message and the instructions on the page, you have posted a link to, tell you already: You need to install the SDK 7.1. You can even omit the installation of MSVC 2010, when the SDK is installed properly and you do not use the IDE of MSVC e.g. for debugging, although the page you have linked explains:

 Both Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Express and Windows Software Development Kit (SDK) 7.1 must be installed.
