MATLAB: Plotting selected data from time series

Say ts is a timeseries object with three data colums. Storing min temperature, max temperature and humidity. I am interested in just plotting min and max temperature. How can I get it done?

I need something like plot(ts(:, 1:2)) ( I know this won't work)

If you want to plot the time versus the min temperature and the time versus the max temperature and if your min temperature is on the first column of the data of your timeseries and the the max temperature in the second, then access those and plot them:

plot(ts.time,ts.data(:,1), ts.time,ts.data(:,2));

To plot your timeseries data such that the plot has gaps where data is 0 you can replace all the zeros in your data with NaNs which do not get plotted:

%copy data from the original timeseries:
dataModified=data;
%replace all the zeros with NaNs
dataModified(data==0)=NaN;
%create a modified timeseries with the new data
tsModified=timeseries(dataModified,time);
%plot the resulting timeseries
figure
plot(tsModified)

When you use plot() with a timeseries object, the time involved is already embedded in the timeseries object. Therefore you only pass the timeseries object, not time and then timeseries.

If ttt is another timeseries object and you want both plotted, then plot separately with "hold on" between.
