MATLAB: Plotting 3D- matrix values against other 3D-matrix values

Hi! I have two 3D matrices with the same size, x and y. I want to plot the values of y against the values of x. How can I do it?

you don't care about the fact that the matrices are 3D or not. you might as well convert the matrices to a vector, as long as you're plotting each point in x against each point in y. hence: plot(x(:),y(:)); %should do the trick

As long, as you do not specify exactly, what you want, it is impossible to give a valuable answer. But of course I can guess, that you want a CELL matrix:

M_coord = {[1,1,1], [1,2,1], [1,3,1]; ...
           [2,1,1], [2,2,1], [2,3,1]; ...
           [3,1,1], [3,2,1], [3,3,1]}

Or perhaps a 3D array:

M_coord = cat(3, [1,1,1; 2,1,1; 3,1,1], ...
                 [1,2,1; 2,2,1; 3,2,1], ...
                 [1,3,1; 2,3,1; 3,3,1]);
