MATLAB: Please Help me How can Extract the Blood Vessel Segmentation

Question

Hi…….I have Extract the blood vessels using fundus images but still the images was not extracted properly Preprossing i have used to Anisotropic Diffusion Filter ,Gamma correction and CHLAE and the Post- Processing method using Vessels Extraction using Adaptive Thershloding but the blood vessels are not extracted …..any other methods for using extraction and segmentation process
