MATLAB: No ToolBar in App Designer

It seems it exist in GUI, no in App Designer?

Toolbar can be added programatically to app designer using uitoolbar function from MATLAB R2020a ownwards.

How are you opening the GUI in the first case? Are you double-clicking the figure file or opening it with OPENFIG or do you run the GUI function?
