MATLAB: MQTT Connection keep alive time value

Question

Hello folks, I'm using ThingSpeak MQTT API and now am struggling with MQTT connection keep alive time.

I can't find in the docs what keep alive time is recommend by ThingSpeak. Also I'm interesting in what value of keep alive time is the best for you?

Ive used 15 second sucessfully for a log time now. Its the default for the arduino mqtt pubsub library. I havent detected any issues yet.
