MATLAB: MCR 2017a fails to install

Hey there,
I have MATLAB 2017a and I wanted to distribute an .exe file I have. I wanted to test in another computer without MATLAB so I downloaded the MCR for R2017a (9.2) (it's a .zip installer instead of an .exe like the previous ones). I ran it, accepted the licence and then this message appears:
Any thoughts about how to procced? I thought that it could be the proxy but then I tried in another computer without proxy and the same message appears.

I find the MCR R2017a for Windows link is not correct from España site ( https://es.mathworks.com/products/compiler/mcr.html ).
As a workaround, from the left bottom button of the web page, you can change the country to United States or somewhere else. The link to MCR R2017a for Windows of these countries is exe file of installer, so you can install MCR without an error.
