MATLAB: Matrix change affect other matrix

Question

a=

5 6 7 3 8 3 4

if 7 and 3 are interchanged

matrix B=

 4 5 6 6
 3 8 4 8
 7 3 5 3

will also changed the value automatically

like my output will be

 4 5 6 6
 7 8 4 8
 3 7 5 7
