I have .nc file for AOD over indian region and i also have 'INDIA.shp' file. I want plot my aod data like-

If you have the Mapping Toolbox and you have a map initialized already,
plotm(30.45,-91.14,'rp')If you do not have the mapping toolbox, this is probably better:
plot(-91.14,30.45,'rp')The 'rp' option specifies a red pentagram.
