As far as MATLAB can tell, your license file was not issued for the computer you are using.

I notice that it is looking in C: for the license file first, and that the choices after that are on F: . It is possible that you have a conflict because of that.

Note: that kind of license is always associated with a particular computer, and cannot be used with a networked license. It is not possible to install MATLAB on a flash drive and take it around to different computers, for example -- at least not with that kind of license.

You could try deleting any license file in C:\Users\YIYANGHOU\AppData\Roaming\MathWorks\MATLAB|R2017b_licenses . I do not know if it will be enough. You will probably need to activate your license on that computer; see http://www.mathworks.com/support/lme/R2017b/9
