MATLAB: Is Thingspeak Toolbox provided free of cost with Thingspeak

Question

I am using Thingspeak for my IOT applications. Are the MATLAB features in the ThingSpeak Support Toolbox free for use? Or will I have to pay for a license to use the MATLAB features in the ThingSpeak toolbox?

I do NOT have an existing MATLAB license.

If you are referring to https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/52244-thingspeak-support-toolbox then you would need a MATLAB license in order to run that.
