MATLAB: Is there any way i can get velocity field and temperature profile using an image alone .

Question

 I am currently working on acquiring info of velocity field and temperature profile of flame captured using a camera in the combustor with flame holders. 
please help me to know whether it is possible.

If something moves in the image and you can see it, then you can use image segmentation or optical flow. As far as the temperature profile, you can use a thermal camera that gives an image in units of temperature.
