Is there any option (way) to use boxlabelDatastore function in Matlab 2017b? Apprerantly, Matlab 2017 b does not support this function?

This function was introduced in Computer Vision Toolbox in release R2019b according to the note at the end of its documentation page. It is not available in earlier releases.
