I would like to create a sine wave 0-4 Hz in Simulink. How could I do that?

- you're changing the frequency in the signal, like a chirp signal, or
- if you just want to add all those 6 periods together, or
- if you just want to analyze each signal one at a time.

The answer is either "You cannot", or else "sin(x)", depending what your question is intended to mean.
If you are trying to do operations on continuous functions to infinity, then the only way to do that in MATLAB is to use the symbolic toolbox.
