MATLAB: Is it possible to animate a 3D vehicle in a standalone app created by appdesigner

I am using V Realm Builder for a 3D animation. Is it possible to use it with a standalone app? Or is there any other ways to animate a vehicle in a standalone app?

Simulink is not required since I will use position and orientation data directly for the animation.
