MATLAB: Is an exception thrown when MATLAB 7.3 (R2006b) is closed

When I click on the "x" button to close MATLAB the following exception is thrown:

 "unhandled win32 exception occured in MATLAB.exe [ 3132]"

This does not happen when MATLAB is closed using the EXIT command.

This issue arises when a newer version of MATLAB has been installed in the same directory as a previous version of MATLAB. Ensuring that newer versions are installed in separate directories will resolve this issue.

Polyspace Model Link SL 5.6 (R2010b) does not support Real-Time Workshop 7.3 (R2006b).

Polyspace Model Link SL 5.6 (R2010b) supports MATLAB 7.6 (R2008a) or later. It also supports Real-Time Workshop Embedded Coder 5.6 (R2008a) or later as shown in the Polyspace installation guide, page 1-3.

There are no workarounds.
