MATLAB: Can I install the Simulink Fixed Point toolbox in Matlab 2008b if I have the Fixed Point Designer license

I recently installed Matlab 2008b, and have the Fixed Point Designer license. This license seems to have installed the Fixed Point Toolbox in 2008b, but not the Simulink Fixed Point toolbox that I need to run my models.

Signal Processing Toolbox Version 6.10 (R2008b)
I have read that the Fixed Point Designer license is a merging of the two older licenses, so I thought I would be able to install both. Is this the case, and if so, is there any way I can manually install the Simulink Fixed Point toolbox?

As the answer might be depending on maintanance status, license model and product, please always contact MathWorks installation support or customer support for this type of question.
In most cases MathWorks installation support or customer support needs to create a certain license file or passcode for you. Make sure you are a licensed user or the administrator of the license makes the call. Especially if there are more users at your company with that requirement.
