hi,

Image can be represented as a singe feature like energy, mean, entropy, etc. I would like to know that is there any other single feature with which an IMAGE can be represented.

Yes, of course it can. Just pick one that is meaningful for what you want to discover about the image. Which one you pick depends on what you want to find out about the image. Maybe it's the mean, or maybe it's the average blob diameter, or maybe it's the area fraction or standard deviation or whatever. What do you think you might want to measure? Can you attach and image and explain what things are in it and what you want to measure?

What do you need? You could possibly get overall mean intensity or color, LAB or HSV color, area, perimeter, standard deviation, skew, kurtosis, uniformity (entropy), area fraction of blood vessels, number of spots/defects, etc. Plus there's all those things that regionprops measures that I didn't even mention.

It is not the fastest and you probably could preallocate z if you wanted to. It also ignores your ps, but getting rid of the extra columns shouldn't be hard

z = [];
for ii = 1:size(x, 1)
  y = repmat(x(ii, 1:(end-1)), x(ii, end), 1);
  y = reshape(y, 1, numel(y));
  z = [z, y];
end

To deal with your ps instead of

x(ii, 1:(end-1))

you want to stop where the data stops.
