Solve equation 1, store result in a variable, use said variable as input to equation 2? Here is a quick example~
x = 0:0.1:5;
y1 = 2*x + 3;
y2 = 3*y1 - 2;
plot(x,y2)
title('y1 = f(x)    y2 = f(y1)')
legend('y2','location','southeast')
xlabel('inputs')
ylabel('outputs')
