MATLAB: I have a csv file with different variables and latitude and longitude, I want to convert the data to kml to plot on google maps, any easy way to do this

If you have the mapping toolbox then you can use kmlwrite.m. Otherwise, you will probably need to generate the kml code manually. This is actually not that difficult and you can make samples using Google Earth to use as a guide.

Your data is a scattered data.....you cannot use meshgrid as the way you have used. You need to interpolate the data into a grid and then plot. Check the below code:
