Hi, whenever I try to put this code in Matlab it gives me an error. What is the problem ?

It will tell you, with a red squiggly underline where the problem is. In your case you have this "number" in there:

30.00.39.64

You cannot have a number with three decimal points in it.

Hello Subroto. I have used a couple of steps to convert A into a vector of paired up pixels and stored it in A_paired.
