How to plot min, ave, max values if I have this data (below) and I want to generate a similar plot below?

I can’t import images of your data, so I created my own as the ‘A’ matrix:

A = [(1:12)' sort(rand(12,3),2)];                                                   % Create Data Matrix
figure
plot([A(:,1) A(:,1)]', [A(:,2) A(:,4)]','-r')                                       % Plot ‘Min’, ‘Max
hold on
plot(A(:,1), A(:,3), 'sr', 'MarkerFaceColor','r')                                   % Plot ‘Ave’
hold off
xl = {'Jan','Feb','Mar','Apr','May','Jun','Jul','Aug','Sep','Oct','Nov','Dec'};
set(gca,'XTick',(1:12), 'XTickLabel',xl)
xlim([0 13])

Name your own data matrix ‘A’ and this code should do what you want without any further changes.

You did not post your data, so we can only guess what ‘naturalised’ is, although we can correctly assume that you are plotting columns of ‘naturalised’.

Try this:

max=plot(naturalised(:,1),naturalised(:,3));
hold on
min=plot(naturalised(:,1),naturalised(:,4));
patch([max.XData, fliplr(min.XData)], [max.YData, fliplr(min.YData)], 'm')
hold off
grid

This worked with test data:

naturalised = [(0:20); zeros(1,21); 1+rand(1, 21); 3+rand(1,21)]';

It will probably work with your data as well.

North = [datenum([2019 01 30]), datenum([2019 04 12]); datenum(2019,07,03) datenum(2019,08,25)];
Central = [datenum(2019,01,08) datenum(2019,03,03)];
figure
plot(North', ones(2)*2, '-b', 'LineWidth', 5);
hold on
plot(Central, [1 1], '-r', 'LineWidth',5)
hold off
ylim([0 3])
datetick('x', 'mmm')
set(gca, 'YTick',[1 2], 'YTickLabel',{'Central','North'})

There are also other options, for example using the patch function. It depends on what you want to do.
