i have downloaded some file from matlab central, in which folder shall i keep those file so that i can access them from workspace

In order to use downloaded function you can click on the Set Path in the home menu:
And then click on the add folder and choose the folder that contains your desire function; then click save.
Alternatively, you can use this:
addpath D:\whatever_your_function_is% then
savepathI you mean, that you want to submit multiple files in one submission, compress the files using the ZIP format and submit the zipped file. Then TMW appends the license file to the zip automatically.
