How do I troubleshoot if hardware setup process is not successful for the support package ?

Try the below steps while going through the support package.

-    Ensure that the drone is powered on.

-    When the drone is connected over USB to host computer, there is a timeout period associated with the drone. After the timeout, the drone automatically disconnects from the host. In this case, reconnect the minidrone to the host computer and restart the hardware setup process.

-    If firmware update is failing for the minidrone, disconnect the minidrone, reboot it and reconnect it to the host computer. Restart the hardware setup process.
