MATLAB: How to tick out several types in one graph

10 yearseach 5 yearstickyearly

I have histogram plot(x=time, y=numbers) Does anyone knows tick each year, major tick each 5 yrs , large tick 10 yrs.

And displaying each 5 years. Such as (1970,1975,1980,…)
